An Ultrasonic PP Corrugated Box Welding
Machine is tailor made designed to weld and seal polypropylene (PP)
corrugated sheets used for packaging boxes, logistics bins, agricultural
crates, and reusable industrial containers.
Dsonik
ultrasonic pp corrugated box welding machine operates typically two frequencies
(15KHz or 20KHz). An ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into
high-frequency electrical signals (typically 20 kHz or 15 kHz). The
transducer converts these signals into mechanical vibrations. A booster and
horn amplify and transfer the vibrations to the PP corrugated sheets.
Frictional heat generated at the joint melts the plastic locally. Pressure is
applied to create a strong weld without adhesives or fasteners. Normally two
types of alloys used in horn manufacturing (Aluminium/Titanium). Dsonik also
provide various design in horn profile as well as customer branding logo or
name marking in horn profile. Dsonik use high strength MS Steel structure to
avoid backlash during welding cycle. Dsonik has designed capacity to make
single head machine to multi head machine.
